FORT LAUDERDALE, Florida – Sep 15, 2008-- Metropolis, manufacturer of award-winning telemanagement solutions, is pleased to announce that Shriners Hospital for Children has selected OfficeWatch Call Accounting for their Avaya Call Manager for use at its Honolulu, Hawaii facility. Shriners Hospital selected the Enterprise version of OfficeWatch, which allows users access to reports and other functionality via the Internet or client PCs. The Enterprise version of OfficeWatch also includes TrafficWatch, a graphical trunk analysis utility that provides in-depth information on trunk usage and inbound and outbound telephone traffic.

Shriners Hospitals for Children are dedicated to improving children’s lives by providing pediatric specialty care, with 21 hospitals throughout the United States caring for thousands of children with orthopedic conditions, burns, spinal cord injuries and cleft lip and palate. These services are provided at no charge. The Honolulu facility specializes in orthopedic care for children.
