SAN DIEGO, California - October 3, 1996 -- Metropolis, makers of leading Call Accounting & Posting System, has announced that it will supply call accounting to Multi-Systems, Inc. (MSI). The product will be renamed Call-Track and will be distributed with MSI’ s Property Management System.

Founded in 1990, Multi-Systems, Inc. (MSI) develops, markets and supports state-of-the-art integrated software for hotels and management companies. MSI was formed to develop hotel central reservations systems with fully integrated hotel property management systems.

CAPS is a DOS-based, real-time call accounting system designed specifically for the hospitality industry that interfaces with virtually any PBX and Property Management System. In addition, CAPS includes many features, such as comprehensive reporting and accurate billing to the nearest mile that easily make it one of the best call accounting systems available to hoteliers.

Metropolis was founded in 1992 and is headquartered in San Diego, California. ESE specializes in developing and distributing call accounting for the hospitality industry through direct and indirect sales with select OEM agreements.
