BACARDI USA SELECTS OFFICEWATCH Telemanagement
FORT LAUDERDALE, Florida – September 17, 2009--Metropolis, a leading manufacturer of telemanagement solutions for businesses, is pleased to announce that the well-known spirits manufacturer, Bacardi USA, has selected OfficeWatch Enterprise Telemanagement for use at its new location in Coral Gables, Florida. The company chose OfficeWatch due to its ability to monitor incoming and outgoing calls and store historical call data indefinitely. OfficeWatch was also chosen in order to notify Bacardi management when/if 911 is dialed from their new location in order to enable appropriate staff members to respond appropriately and quickly and decrease any potential liability.
Bacardi U.S.A. has been housed in South Florida for 44 years. The company is the import, sales and marketing arm for its parent company, Bacardi Ltd.
