FORT LAUDERDALE, Florida – August 17, 2007 Metropolis, a leading provider of call accounting solutions for businesses and the hospitality industry, has been selected to become a member of the Vendor Advisory Council (VAC) of the Society of Telecommunications Consultants (STC). Other VAC members include AT&T, Avaya, Cisco Systems, Microsoft, Mitel, NEC and Nortel. Metropolis will exhibit at the STC’s upcoming 2007 Global Conference September 26th through September 29th in Bloomingdale, Illinois.

The Society of Telecommunications Consultants is the only professional association on an international basis devoted to IT and telecom consulting. Ninety percent of consultant members are owners, principals, or practice leaders of their firms. Members are highly qualified, diverse in specialty and independent from any financial affiliation with vendors of products and services. The STC serves as a nexus, connecting consultants to end-users, each other, and to the vendors of the products and services theyrecommend.

Metropolis has been a provider of call accounting software for businesses and the hospitality industry since 1993, with several thousand installations throughout the United States and North America. Headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida; Metropolis provides OfficeWatch Call Accounting for Business and ProfitWatch Hotel Call Accounting directly to end-users and select resellers globally.
