As a top resort, it is essential for The Reef Resort to be certain that clients and tenants are billed properly for service and phone usage. After careful consideration, the resort deemed it necessary to implement the Enterprise version of the software. ProfitWatch has multiple rate tables that can be utilized for special rates and pricing, flexible billing options and customizable and automatic reporting, including a night audit report. Additional features include 911 alarms and alerts and a trunk analysis tool that will determine if new trunks are needed or if too many trunks are installed. Effectively managing trunks will also help decrease telecommunications costs.

Opened in May 2000, The Reef Resort began as 60 Grand Cayman suites and has now grown to include 152 spacious and comfortable beachfront suites. The resort’s location on the east end of Grand Cayman Island, away from the crowds, allows them to offer their guests a quiet place to simply relax.
