OfficeWatch allows school districts and agencies to easily and accurately track incoming and outgoing phone call traffic, as well as monitor trunk usage and notify users of emergency calls. The Enterprise version of OfficeWatch was selected by San Mateo County due to its ability to seamlessly network all of its sites together in order to track all call activity centrally.

The San Mateo County Office of Education is an educational service agency serving all 24 school districts in San Mateo County. It provides instructional, business, and consulting services which enhance the ability of districts to provide quality education. The office serves as a link between the California Department of Education and local districts and works with public and private agencies for the benefit of public education.
