USAID SELECTS OFFICEWATCH Call Reporting
FORT LAUDERDALE, Florida – Jan 23, 2009-- Metropolis, a leading manufacturer of telemanagement solutions, is pleased to announce that the influential federal government agency, USAID, has selected OfficeWatch Call Accounting for Business for use at its Baghdad headquarters. USAID selected the Enterprise version of OfficeWatch, which allows users access to reports and other functionality via the Internet or client PCs. The Enterprise version of OfficeWatch also includes TrafficWatch, a graphical trunk analysis utility that provides in-depth information on trunk usage and inbound and outbound telephone traffic.
