Remote Access Support

Metropolis is committed to ensuring your network security while also providing the outstanding technical support you have come to expect. Screen sharing and remote control of customer computers is 100 percent permission-based.

Training Support

Metropolis conducts weekly web-based training for our customers. The training sessions typically are between thirty minutes to an hour in length, and allow you to ask any questions you may have on running or customizing the software to your needs. Contact your phone system dealer for information on joining one of our trainings, or contact a member of our sales team.
