of OfficeWatch and includes the same functionality as OfficeWatch
Standalone and Web, as well as unlimited client licenses for network
users, the ability to track calls in a multi-site environment and
TrafficWatch, OfficeWatch’s advanced trunk analysis utility.

and export files to and from OfficeWatch?
Yes. Users may import extension
and department lists for speedy set up, as well as phone call records.
OfficeWatch accepts text-based, comma-delimited and ASCII formats.
Additionally, it is easy to export call data to a variety of programs,
including popular 3rd party products such as Excel and Crystal Reports.
OfficeWatch also has the ability to export data in HTML format.

5. Can OfficeWatch
track calls to/from offices with multiple locations?
Yes. With the Multi-site version
of OfficeWatch, users can collect data from multiple locations with
our proprietary software or buffer boxes, then send the call data
across the network to the main administrative site. OfficeWatch
then separates and analyzes the call records from each site. Authorized
users from any of the sites connected to the network may have access
to the reports and call data.

6. Does Metropolis
sell OfficeWatch direct or through a dealer network?
Both. While Metroplis is the
OEM and sells OfficeWatch direct, we also have a large network of
experienced telecom dealers throughout the United States and Canada.

based on the total number of extensions at each facility, as well

8. What is
included with my OfficeWatch purchase?
Once OfficeWatch has been purchased,
customers receive a permanent software license, including a valid
registration code which “unlocks” the demonstration
version and transforms it into a live, working version of OfficeWatch
keyed specifically to your site’s name and exact location.
Users also receive a support code that allows users to call the
24/7 live support service and download
rate tables, area code updates and software updates. This code is
valid for one year.

9. How can
I be sure that OfficeWatch will work with my particular PBX?
Metropolis guarantees that
OfficeWatch will be able to collect data from any PBX that outputs
“SMDR.” For a quick check, if you have downloaded the
demonstration, simply click on the “Setup” menu and
select “Select PBX” from the drop-down menu. Once there,
click on the drop-down menu and scroll down to find your PBX model.
If it is listed, it will interface with OfficeWatch. If your particular
model is not listed, please call Metropolis or your PBX vendor to
verify your PBX allows us to collect data via the SMDR port. Click

10. On what
platform does OfficeWatch run?
OfficeWatch runs on Windows
98, 2000, NT, XP or Windows Server 2003.

11. Does OfficeWatch
need a dedicated PC?
A dedicated PC is not required
for OfficeWatch.

provide the PC?
Metropolis Technologies only
provides the OfficeWatch software. Users are free to use any PC

of PC should OfficeWatch be installed on?
OfficeWatch requires a Pentium-class
PC. The amount of memory and hard disk space depends on the amount
of call volume to be collected and processed. Feel free to contact
