Hotspot Maps
The unique ProfitWatch maps are used to quickly spot employee telephone abuse and aid in negotiating lower phone rates to certain regions based on call frequency. To quickly create a mini-report detailing the phone call in question, simply click on the dot.

Authorization Codes
Using authorization codes, ProfitWatch can redirect phone charges to specific extensions based on users’ assigned PIN codes.

Threshold Billing

In order to recover costs associated with guest Internet calls, ProfitWatch has the ability to bill toll-free or local calls on a timed basis. For example, hoteliers may charge 75 cents for the first 20 minutes and 10 cents for every minute thereafter.

Toll Fraud Alerts
ProfitWatch’s easy to configure toll fraud alerts notify users of expensive or long-duration administrative calls to help control escalating telecommunications costs. Designated staff members are notified via pager and/or email, as well as on the main ProfitWatch screen (particularly useful for Enterprise users).
