Chami stated he was impressed with Diavox’s assistance and their willingness to go above and beyond expectations to ensure customer satisfaction. When a minor licensing issue arose for a system outside of the Diavox scope, Sevilla was there to help. “His response was ‘don’t worry,’ and within a couple of hours, he had it up and running,” recalled Chami. “The service was really great.”
“We use it for the emergency calls,” states Chami. “Whenever 911 is dialed, we immediately receive an email with the extension that dialed and the location. The emergency response team checks the location to see what is going on.” The emergency call feature can be configured to use a unique identification alarm to assist with other types of emergencies as well, such as for floods or maintenance issues.
