US FISH & WILDLIFE CONSERVATION TRAINING CENTER IMPLEMENTS PROFITWATCH
FORT LAUDERDALE, Florida – March 31, 2010--

ProfitWatch is a Windows-based telemanagement system that tracks and reports on incoming and outgoing telephone activity. Additionally, ProfitWatch bills NCTC onsite lodging guests for telephone calls. ProfitWatch also alerts management of suspicious telephone activity that could indicate toll fraud and/or telephone hackers.
The National Conservation Training Center, located in Shepherdstown, West Virginia, is the newest training center used by the National Park Service. Established through the U.S Fish and Wildlife Service, the center was created to advance the nation's knowledge of the nation's natural resources. NCTC’s accommodations include 226 onsite lodging rooms,three computer labs, three science labs, a 250-seat auditorium, ten 8-seat breakout rooms, three 14-seat conference rooms and 12 classrooms of various sizes.
